Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes for all projects. The final price depends on the size of your project, materials chosen, and site conditions. We'll give you a written estimate before starting any work. Prices are valid for 30 days from the quote date unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

We require a deposit before starting work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we may suspend work until payment is made.

Project Timeline

We'll give you an estimated completion date when we start your project. Weather, site conditions, and material availability can affect the timeline. We'll keep you updated if there are any delays.

Your Responsibilities

You need to provide clear access to the work area and ensure pets and children are kept away from the installation site. You're also responsible for marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems on your property before we start work.

Warranties

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make changes to your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations after materials have been ordered may result in restocking fees. Changes to the project scope may affect the price and timeline.

Liability

We carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked or for delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.
